PEM Real Estate was formerly known as Jacoby Creek Real Estate. Tenants sending checks or money orders should make them payable to Peter E. Martin. Please do not make checks or money orders payable to the name of your trailer park or apartment building.

What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Closed on weekends.
How do I pay my rent?

Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
